PCWorld Aberdeen
Information about the Aberdeen PCWorld with website discount codes when available. Includes directions to get to PCWorld Aberdeen and facilities of the store and a history of the company:
PCWorld Aberdeen is based at Hutcheon Street just off the top end of
George Street. There is free car parking with plenty of spaces. The doors to the PCWorld Aberdeen shop are automatic and all aisles and shelves are on ground level so
the store is suitable for wheelchair users and those pushing a buggy or pushchair. There is plenty of room to move around the shop and it is light and airy. The PC World
Aberdeen staff are most helpful and have a broad knowledge of PCs, laptops, programmes and internet and can help you find the right digital camera, PC package, printer,
scanner, TFT monitors, networking equipment, etc,
There is a snack bar located in the car park which sells delicious hot snacks like burgers and drinks
like tea and coffee. There is no customer toilets at PCWorld Aberdeen but Sainsbury's is a short drive away and there are public toilets there.
PCWorld Discount Code
When available the current discount code for PCWorld will be published in this review. Common PCWorld discount codes include money off when you spend a set amount and
free delivery codes.
Aberdeen PC World Service Centre
There is a PC World Service Centre in Aberdeen within the same store on the right hand side as you enter the shop. It is known as the PC Clinic.
It can get busy at times and priority is given to those PCs
and laptops that have been purchased from the store. All customers can get help with a PC healthcheck where the staff will check the running efficiency of your machine
and check for viruses, fatal errors and even give your system a valet. Other services include installing a PC system, help setting up a network, upgrading a system
and general fault finding and fixing. The staff there are efficient and unlike other IT people do talk in language easy to understand for computer phobics!
Just before the Aberdeen PC World service centre is a shelve full of much reduced items which have been opened by customers, returned by customers or have damaged packaging.
All items are fit for purpose and completely usable but have slight blemishes. As an example I bought a laptop cooler at half price, saving £15. It was for sale in this section
because it had been returned by a customer who had changed his mind. I've never had any problems with it, it looked brand new and has done its job. All items in this section
are covered with a 12 month warranty. I always head here when I first enter the Aberdeen PC World shop.
Other sections at Aberdeen PCWorld are laptops, PC systems, accessories, digital photography, games and gaming, business centre and then the checkouts. Behind
the checkout is the security control centre.
We also run the
www.findextrawork.co.uk website where there is information about earning more money from a
range of part time and full time jobs which can be done at home or out and about. Visit for more information.
PCWorld Collect At Store
PCWorld have a collect at store service online reservation service where you can check their website for availability and prices of specific products and then reserve the items to collect
at your local store. PC World Aberdeen allow you to do this and you have until the next working day to pay and collect your items. You simply enter your details and
get given a unique reference number. Any promotional discount codes for PCWorld are not valid when you use collect @ store. However using collect at store can save you a
wasted trip to the Aberdeen PCWorld branch if the item is out of stock and needs ordering.

How To Get To PCWorld Aberdeen
If walking from Aberdeen City Centre head to the St Nicholas shopping centre and walk through to the Bon Accord Shopping Centre. Now head to the exit which takes
you to George Street. Cross at the first lights and keep heading up George Street. At the second lights, beside the fancy dress shop on the left, turn right. PC World is down
the road on the left hand side.
If driving from Union Street the easiest way to get to PCWorld Aberdeen whilst avoided the smaller streets is to drive down Union Street to the Castlegate, turn left
into King Street. After Morrisons and just before Pittodrie and the Mercedes Garage turn left. Go past the side of the bus depot and police station and head to the Mounthooly
roundabout. Take the third exit and the right hand side of the double road. PCWorld is on thr right hand side. For a more direct route off Union Street take Broad Street
and head down to the Gallowgate and the Aberdeen College of Further Education. At the Mounthooly roundabout take the first exit to the left and PCWorld Aberdeen is on your right.
PC World used to be at the Berryden shopping centre near to Argos and Next and moved round the corner in 2004 because there was more retail space.
