    Biography Of Julia Truscott


    Julia Truscott, nicknamed Flossie, comes from Banchory, Scotland. She attended Banchory Academy.

    After leaving school she travelled to Nepal where she taught English.

    Upon return to the UK she went to The Royal Holloway College at the University of London were she gained a first class honours degree in biology and science communication.

    Julia then travelled to Japan where she taught English and wrote a travel column for a Japanese magazine.

    Books Of Julia Truscott


    With her boyfriend, Daniel White, they wrote the book Your Safari Dragons: In Search Of The Real Komodo Dragon. Daniel was responsible for the photography whilst Julia was the author. The book, which takes the reader to Komodo Island, is full of stunning photographs and pictures is aimed at children aged 7 - 12 but can be enjoyed by adults interested in wildlife.
