This is a well staffed shop and we have rarely had to wait long to be served and have always found the H Samuel staff to be attentive and smart. Items such as our favourite Tuskers elephant ornaments have always been well wrapped. When shopping for gifts we have always had great advice from the staff members.

H Samuel Mall Trinity Centre Aberdeen

The H Samuel in the Mall Trinity Centre in Aberdeen can be found by the side entrance and exit of Primark and across from Argos and Debenhams. It is slightly smaller than the Bon Accord shop but is of equal service. There are more seasonal items for sale at this H Samuel, such as Mother's Day, Easter or Christmas gifts.

They can either bring along a drawing of a design they have in mind or Simon will provide suggestions and ideas to suit individual needs. Once the item has been designed it will take approximately six weeks to be produced."
