    Interactive Reality Golf Golfscape Aberdeen


    Information about playing indoor interactive reality golf on 3D High Definition Screens in Aberdeen:


    Interactive Reality Golf Golfscape Aberdeen is available to play each day from 9am to 11pm. There is a choice of over 60 top golf courses to play at in the £500,000 interactive golfing centre. These include The Belfry, the Old Course, Valderrama, St Andrews and Pebble Beach. Golfers play with real golf clubs and real golf balls but will play a round at a top golf course of their own choosing played ahead of them on a large 3D golf simulator High Definition screen.

    There are five golf simulators at the indoor golf centre at Golfscape. Each are worth £40,000 and use infra red technology to track the progress of the golfer‘s ball around the virtual golf course. Weather conditions can be added to add more realism and a bit of a golfing challenge. Golf clubs and golf balls are provided or you can use your own golf clubs.








    There are a range of other golf activities available at Golfscape Aberdeen such as being able to play golf against friends, using a practice range or playing many 3D golf games such as Texas Scrambles, stroke play and best ball.

    Golfers can also access the advice of a real PGA teaching professional who can assist with golf tuition and make use of the onscreen real time video analysis and swing breakdown during a golf lesson.

    The cost of the interactive reality golf at Golfscape Aberdeen is £30 per hour at the off peak times and £40 at the peak times of noon to 2pm and 6pm to 11pm Monday to Friday and noon to 11pm on a Saturday and Sunday. Up to four golfers can play for these prices.

    The address of Golfscape is at 181A Union Street, Aberdeen City centre. It is hoped to be open in late 2007 or early 2008 and will include a restaurant and bar. The co founders of Golfscape are Alex Warnock and Callum Gordon.

    The Golfscape centre used to be an NHS promotions shop. Golfscape Aberdeen can be found past the Mall Sjopping Centre heading up Union Street and is located between the Coral shops and Ann Summers.
