Ghost Soldier Rider On Horse Buckie Ghosts

Information on the Buckie ghost of a soldier seen riding a horse over a bridge by Bogside Farm:

The ghost of a soldier and his horse has been witnessed riding over the bridge crossing a burn in the North East fishing village of Buckie in Scotland.

    Buckie Drybridge Ghost

This ghost rider crosses the Buckie Drybridge and was first seen in 1940.

The ghost rider haunting takes place near the old Highland line as Drybridge was a railway bridge.

Near Drybridge is a farm and the local Buckie Blacksmith.

We have been unable to find more information about this ghost soldier rider on his horse or any other Buckie ghosts. Can you help with any more info? If so please contact Chris using the details on the contact us page. Can you answer questions such as:

What regiment did this soldier ghost serve?

Why does he haunt Buckie and Drybridge?

Was their a military base nearby?

    What uniform does he wear?

What colour is the horse ghost?
