Situated by the bonnie River Dee the Garthdee shopping centre offers several large retail outlets such as Sainsbury's,
the largest Asda Wal-Mart in Aberdeen, a McDonalds restaurant and take-away, Boots, Currys and B&Q.

public. This includes a swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a climbing wall.

Further up Garthdee Road is the Ash Vale Take Away fish and chip shop. I'd particularly recommend the haggis pouch supper.
Across the Bridge of Dee is the
