Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair
Since 2004 Castle Fraser
has hosted the annual Steam And Vintage Fair. It is held in association with the Aberdeen Bon Accord Steam Engine
Club and sponsored by EventScotland. Exhibitors, collectors and enthusiasts come from across the UK to the event and there is usually over
27 steam engines, over 80 tractors, fairground organs, steam lorries, vintage cars, lorries, classic cars, steam saw mills and motorbikes.

There is a large car park and caravans are welcomed at the Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair.
2008 Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair
The 2008 Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair takes place on Saturday 21 June and Sunday 22 June 2008 from 10:30am to 4pm. Wizard, a 1924 Aveling and Porter steam engine owned by Alfie Cheyne from Banff is set to be the main attraction along with over 100 tractors, 24 steam engines with 35 smaller working engines, a threshing machine and a working sawmill.
There will be a kids play area organised by Kingscliff Sporting Lodge along with various stalls and children's entertainment such as face painting, balloon making and a puppet show. Adults and children can ride or even drive a steam engine at this year's Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair.

2007 Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair
The 2007 Castle Fraser Steam And Vintage Fair was to have been from Saturday 23 to Sunday 24 June, times were from 10:30am to 4pm. Unfortunately heavy rain and strong winds
swept throughout Scotland and the UK and the Bon Accord Steam Club were forced to cancel the Sunday event for Health and Safety reasons.
In addition to the above events the 2007 event also saw entertainment
from the Celebration Singers from Pinehurst North Carolina, America and the Strawberry Hill Fiddlers from New York, USA and the Scottish Fochabers Fiddlers.
Tickets were £6 for an adult or a family ticket for four was £15. The cost of a ticket for a child or pensioner concession was £4.

The 2006 event took place on Saturday 25 from 10:30am until 4:30pm and Sunday 26 June from 10:30am until 4pm.
