Ben Duff The Mardous Guitarist Biography
The Mardous had their first hit single called Revolution Over The Phone in 2005. Their guitarist, Ben Duff,
was born and raised in Aberdeen, though now lives in London. He was educated at Harlaw Academy and then
studied music at Edinburgh Napier College. He met his fellow Mardous band members there.
In 2004 The Mardous was formed. In their first year they played at Glastonbury and supported bands The Happy Mondays
and The Farm. In 2005 they supported The Cribs.
Their record label is Poptones and they are managed by Alan McGee who also manage Oasis.
Their singer is Ross Stewart and the drummer is Lewis Jones.
