The Beach Boulevard shopping area has some of the largest stores in Aberdeen in one easily accessible spot, with the benefit of being able to pop to the Beach and its facilities. There is a large car park with plenty of disabled parking. All the shops have disabled access.

The largest Comet store in Aberdeen is available here, selling a wide range of electrical items such as TVs, DVDs, washing machines, fridges, freezers, PCs, laptops, etc. The car park is right outside, so it is nice and handy for getting heavy items home, although the Comet Website offers free delivery on many items.

Next door is a large MFI store selling a range of fitted kitchens, bathrooms and bedroom suites. They also sell a range of furniture. The MFI Website offers many discounts and home delivery.

The JJB sports shop is above ground level, but has an up escalator and a lift for disabled access. Here there is a range of sports clothing, footwear and equipment. The JJB Fitness Centre is located on the ground floor and has full gym and leisure facilities including a pool, organised fitness classes and a cafe.

Pets at Home is a large pet shop with a large aquarium area selling a wide range of fish. They also sell guinea pigs and rabbits. They stock a wide range of pet food for dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, fish, etc as well as beds, kennels, toys, leashes, collars etc. Dogs on leads are welcome to come into the shop and free biscuits for canine visitors are available at the till.

Pagazzi Lighting has a vast range of lamps, light fittings, light shades, garden and patio lighting and bulbs. The staff are very knowledgeable and can offer advice to get the best from your lighting. There is a free large children's play area so that your wee ones can be kept busy and entertained whilst you are choosing your items in peace.

The Big W is now closed and Asda opened in its place soon. Toilet and cafe facilities are available in the Asda store.
